Q. I am new to fitness training and haven’t worked out for ages, am I fit enough to start Personal Training?

A. It doesn’t matter what your level of fitness at the start as before we even start the Personal Training sessions you will have done the fitness consultation. During this we discuss your current level of fitness to ensure that we get the training plan at the right level for you.

Q. I am a female looking for a Personal Trainer, is your training suitable for women?

A. Yes I cater for men and women of all ages and fitness levels, I have trained many women and still do, all of which enjoyed the training and achieved great results.

Q. What do I do on the days that I don’t see you for Personal Training?

A. The Personal Training sessions that you do with me are only part of the package, you will also receive a training plan for you to complete on the days that I don’t train you.

Q. Will I get help with my diet?

A. Yes you will be asked to complete a food diary from which I will work out a diet and nutrition plan for you. This comes as part of the package.

Q. I have a friend that I want to work out with can we share the sessions?

A. Yes you can share the session with a friend at no extra cost. This is a great way to train and cut the cost of Personal Training.

Q. Can I get a discount for paying in advance?

A. Yes if you book and pay for ten sessions up front you will receive two free sessions. Though this not available on the Personal Training Boot Camp as this is already discounted. I also run discount class rates for Police, Fire and Ambulance service, Armed Forces and NHS staff.

Q. All I want is a training programme written for me can you do this?

A. Yes if all you want is the training plan and you don’t want Personal Training a personalised training plan can be written for you.
