Although Core strength is an integral part of all my Personal Training Programmes it may be something that you want to concentrate on in your programme. Starting of with basic core exercises where we build strength and concentrate on super strict form before moving onto using unstable platforms to increase the bodies ability to stabilise as well as become stronger. Then moving onto much harder dynamic core exercises that strengthen the muscles taking the body through all its planes of movement.

This is important as it will build strength through movement and this is how the body uses strength on a daily basis. Helping you to become functionally strong.
