 Need to get fit and get in shape fast, cant wait 12 weeks? Then it’s time to sign up and get fell in one of our Personal training boot camp packages.  Great for both men and women of all ages and fitness abilities

We offer two different Personal Training Boot Camp Packages that will get you fitter faster. Each Boot Camp lasts for either 5 or 6 weeks, for which you will get a personalised training programme to follow on the days that we are not doing the personal training sessions as well as all the diet and nutrition advice that you will need to help maximise the results of all your hard work and get you the gains you want. All the Personal Training sessions are conducted at our fully equipped personal training studio where you will be worked hard every session, working the whole body using a mixture of Boxing pad and punch bag work and Military Fitness Training. Using bodyweight exercises, suspension training exercises, Kettle bells, Battle Rope, Medicine Balls, sprints and exercise drills that train the body in unfamiliar and challenging ways, training both cardiovascular and muscular systems to bring you results fast.

6 WEEK PERSONAL TRAINING BOOT CAMP

A personal Training Boot Camp that is tailored specifically designed around your goals. You will receive 3 personal training sessions each week as well as getting a training plan for you to follow on the days that we don’t train together. You can also have the Boxing classes added to your boot camp if you prefer.

All Personal Training Plans and Boot Camp Packages come with free diet and nutrition plan and personalised training plan.
